Students are moving to StudentMail (Gmail powered by Google). What you need to know.
Starting this week, CIT will begin a student pilot for moving students from WebMail to StudentMail (Gmail powered by Google) with all students being converted to StudentMail before the end of the semester.
We are not moving faculty and staff email accounts. They will remain on GroupWise.
Students' email addresses are changing
1. After moving to StudentMail (Gmail) a student will have an email address of "username@students.calvin.edu".
2. During the transition period KnightVision will display the old email address of "username@calvin.edu".
3. All email sent to a student's "username@calvin.edu" email address will be forwarded to the new email address of "username@students.calvin.edu".
Additional information about this transition to StudentMail is available from our StudentMail FAQ
