Please join us for the Spring CEAP Poster Session at 4:00 PM on May 5 in the Meeter Center Lecture Hall. Peter Lagerwey will speak on national trends in bicycling and walking.
Peter has worked in over 200 communities over the past 28 years and will describe national trends in transportation with a focus on bicycling and walking. Included will be an overview of how to successfully create livable communities that encourage bicycling and walking.
Peter will conclude his presentation with a discussion of practical ways to effect public policy, including ways that Calvin College faculty and students can participate in what is becoming a national movement.
Following the presentation, posters from student projects this semester will be on display in the library lobby along with tasty refreshments.
