Rasool Berry, A Black American, is troubled by the legacy of American slavery and the misuse of Christianity to justify it. He travels throughout Texas discovering how Juneteenth reveals faith and a fight for freedom in an unjust society. Rasool Berry, the star of this documentary, will be joining us to screen Juneteenth: Faith and Freedom. Discussion will follow. Rasool will be sharing more about his personal journey of this documentary on Tuesday’s lunch and learn.
