Franschhoek, Inventions, Park, and Swimming

After church, we went to Jane and Terry's house in the winelands between Stellenbosch and Franschhoek for tea. "Tea" involved no tea; rather plenty of sandwiches, quiche, and a cheesecake plus coffee and fruit juices. The setting for their home is magnificent: they're located in a lush valley with surrounding vineyards. I took a photo of their lap pool with mountain peaks in the background.

When we came home, Mark and I worked on his invention project. Later, Catherine and I went to the park where she played on the merry-go-round. After dinner the kids swam in our pool. We're not sure why. It was a cool(er) day. But, they were keen to jump in. Tracy and I watched!
