Calvin provides a Novell account for all faculty, staff, and students for gaining access to the Calvin network. Novel fileserver storage is designed for storing work, course and academic files. Calvin's Novell fileservers are backed up on a regular basis.
Logging in to your Novell account
On Campus
You have direct network access to your Novell account from most computers on campus. At the Novell login screen enter your username and Novell password.Off-Campus
If you have a Calvin laptop and want to connect to your Novell account from off-campus, you must first make a VPN (Virtual Private network) connection then log in using the Novell login screen.
Access your Novell account via NetStorage
You can log in to your Novell account from the Internet using NetStorage from http://netstorage.calvin.edu
