Staff

The Residence Life Department employs around 15 professional staff members in various capacities, from deans to directors to department assistants. While our jobs differ, our hearts are unified in our desire to promote student learning and faith formation for all Calvin students who call campus housing their home. Student Leadership

Student leaders provide a wonderful vitality to the Residence Life program at Calvin College, from residence halls to our apartment community. Explore the variety of positions here and find what you need when the time comes to apply. Student leaders make community happen!

Residence Hall Leadership

Each residence hall has a Community Life Council (CLC) made up of Resident Assistants (RAs), Multicultural Activities Coordinators (MACs), Community Partner Coordinators (CPCs), Sustainability Coordinators (SC), Barnabas, Cultural Discerners (CDs), and Residence Hall Executive Teams. Each floor also has a Social Events Team to facilitate community relationships and develop a floor identity. Together, the CLC encourages Christian community through educational programs, mentoring, and positive relationships. All of our endeavors support our hope that residents will grow in understanding personal responsibility, purpose & congruence, compassion, just relationships, and discipline.

Calvin Apartment Leadership
