indefinite boundaries - ArtPrize 2011

ArtPrize is a "radically open competition" held in Grand Rapids, Michigan for two weeks each fall. This art competition is open to any artist who can find a venue, and anyone who wants to open a venue. This year the Calvin College (106) Gallery presents, indefinite boundaries, an exhibition of nine female artists dealing with place, environment and material. The artists are: Collette Broeders, Karen Goetzinger, Elaine Tolsma Harlow, Laura Milkins, Jessica Montgomery, Melanie Morris, Barbara Reimer, Dawn Roe and Jo-Ann Van Reeuwyk.
