You've been asking! What's up with PDPs? We need more time to do them! Well, this year, we have extended the due date to August 15. You have the summer to work on your Performance Development goals

Why? A number of reasons. We have a couple ideas in the works, ideas that we think will help you with the process in the future. We hope to provide new tools, streamline the process, make it easier for all parties involved.

So this summer, we are asking departments to work a simplified evaluation system for supervisors and employees.
