Calvin ID Card Information and FAQ

  • How do I get an ID Card?

Each student upon arrival to Calvin is issued a free picture ID Card. Photos are taken during Passport and cards are issued during check in into your residence hall. Graduate students can stop by the Student Life office (Spoelhof Center 364) during regular business hours to have an ID card printed.

  • How do I replace my ID Card?

Lost ID Cards can be replaced by filling out the online form at calvin.edu/go/new-ID or you are welcomed to physically come to the Student Life Office (Spoelhof Center 364) Monday- Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm and have your replacement card printed.

There is a $25 replacement card fee for all lost ID cards. You may charge this to your miscellaneous account or pay cash.

  • Broken or Non-functioning Cards

Non-functioning cards less than one year old from the print date may be replaced for $5 print fee. You must turn in your non-functioning card to qualify for the $5 print charge and the non-functioning card must be your most recent card or your ID card will be considered lost.

*ID Cards are not alterable or transferable to other students, and attempts to do so could result in a fine of up to $50.00
