On Tuesday, May 5, the Calvin Symphonic Band wraps up its concert season with a program featuring pieces that present musical material in small packages. Program highlights include Clare Grundman’s Three Sketches for Winds and William Walton’s Miniatures for Wind Band. We will also celebrate the band’s heritage through a collection of marches by Karl King, Henry Fillmore, and John Philip Sousa. Come enjoy a varied array of “Musical Morsels.” The concert begins at 7:30 PM in the CFAC Auditorium.
