Community as Vocation Workshop:
Have you ever heard of Calvin College's Project Neighborhood? Upperclass students apply to live in intentional Christian Community in one of six houses, four of which are closely connected to churches (Eastern Ave CRC, Creston CRC, Fuller Ave CRC, First CRC). Project Neighborhood will be sponsoring a workshop at Eastern Ave CRC on February 27 from 9am to 12pm on the theme, "Community as Vocation," in which students, church members, and community members are invited to learn from one another how to live in community well. If you'd like to learn more about what life in Project Neighborhood is all about, how your church can strengthen its support and learn from these house communities, this workshop is for you!
