Reformed Worldview

A "worldview" is a basic belief system. It is how a person sees the world on a foundational level. It is a structure of fundamental beliefs that provide answers to the deepest questions, such as:

• What is the meaning of life?
• Why am I here?
• Is there a God?

Everyone has a worldview perspective, although they might not realize it. Some have very organized, systematic worldviews; others have rather disconnected, inconsistent worldviews.

Reformed Worldview

A Reformed worldview is based on a number of the creeds that came out of the Protestant Reformation, particularly the Calvinist strands (based on the theology of John Calvin and his son-in-law, Theodore Beza). Read the following two sections to get a very brief overview of the important ideas that will give us a foundation from which to evaluation technology.
