There are two mesh currents. Let's do clockwise mesh current i₁ around the left window pane and clockwise mesh current i₂ around the right window pane. Then the mesh current equations in the time-domain are:

Notice that because of the current source in the middle, we must define an unknown voltage v_x across it. We also needed an extra equation (defined by that current source).
