- R for 243 - these notes introduce R topics roughly in the order that they appear in the course. It will be updated frequently throughout the semester.

- The textbook for this course is Investigating Statistical Concepts, Applications and Methods, 2nd edition, by Beth Chance and Allan Rossman. A free electronic version of the book is available to all students in the course at the Moodle page for this course. This version may be read electronically and/or printed. Please respect the copyright -- the copy made available to you is for your personal use only.

- If you wish to purchase a professionally printed version of the book from the authors (for $20), you may get it here.
- The second edition consists of the first three chapters of the book. We will also use a later chapter from the first edition and this will also be made available to students in the course for free.
R Resources
- We will use R over the web (using RStudio) but you can install a version of R that runs on your machine. If you choose to do that, download R from here and RStudio from here.
