Lydia Residence
Our Huisberaad was held at the Lydia residence at Stellenbosch. Lydia (the house mother) is an STT member. This is the greenest residence on campus, and Lydia has done some amazing things. One of which was to win an award from Eskom for energy efficiency at the house.
Our huisberaad (house meeting) started with a tour of the residence. Then, Pieka made a kickoff presentation of activities for the year. Next was a fantastic "bring and braai," followed by final presentations. We had a really nice time, staying until 1 AM.
