Mark had another chess tournament today. This time the venue was his own school, Rhenish Primary. Tracy went to watch and work in the Tuck Shop (concession stand).
Mark did very well at the tournament today. He won 5 of 7 matches, finished 6th overall out of 40-some students in his age group, and was the top rated Rhenish Grade 3 boy. He finished the day at Table 2.
Catherine and I went grocery shopping and enjoyed the moderately warm and partly sunny day. We went to Rhenish for a small picnic lunch during the chess tournament. On the way home, we stopped and played in the park.
I brought Catherine in the stroller, and she fell out of the front twice before she assented to buckling in the stroller.
