CALVIN COLLEGE HAZARDOUS CHEMICAL WASTE DISPOSAL POLICY

Calvin College will conform to applicable regulations of the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ), United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), United States Department of Transportation (DOT), and United States Department of Labor with regard to the safe use, handling, transportation and disposal of chemical substances and waste.

The Environmental Health & Safety Officer is the campus unit and authority having jurisdiction for progam oversight. For specific instructions, contact the Environmental Health & Safety Officer at x6342.
