A
monthly publication with an average edition size of 150. Issues are distributed
for free or by subscription, which includes an original artwork by Iowa
City artists. TPL begins as an original collage/drawing based book, and
is reproduced using xereography, mimeography (futurography), stamping, and
woodcut. The multiple maintains an aura. TPL often links to installations,
prints, and performances, such as Cow Catchin' Days '99. Each issue is collaborative
and addresses themes such as spirituality, politics, humor, and local community.
