Perlan (the Pearl) sits on a hill in central Reykjavik. Its ground level houses "The Saga Museum" containing wax figures from the Icelandic sagas. A central atrium houses a fountain that spouts 3 stories. Beneath the glass dome are a coffee shop and a rotating restaurant that serves fine cuisine. An outdoor observation deck provides spectacular views of Reykjavik.
