We will constantly seek to better understand the processes of spiritual development and to create an environment that facilitates spiritual growth.

Inspiring Service for Eternity.

Chapel
The heartbeat of Cedarville University is our commitment to the study and practice of the Word of God. The outgrowth of this commitment is the daily chapel service at the Cedarville University campus. The 10:00-10:45 a.m. service is located in the 3,400 seat Jeremiah Chapel located in the Dixon Ministry Center.

Sundays
Students are expected to attend a local church on Sunday mornings. In the evening a "Campus Fellowship Service" is offered on campus, 6:00-7:00 p.m. The Cedarville University Fellowship is a unique ministry of Cedarville University designed with students in mind. It also provides opportunities of ministry for students in leadership, speaking, providing special music, ushering, and more. Late in the Fall Semester, students who attend the Fellowship services select seven students to lead. These seven students are under the direction of the Vice President for Christian Ministries and are known as the Advisory Seven (AD 7). Students should feel free to contact any member of the AD 7 with prayer requests, ideas, and questions.

Highlights
Website includes chapel calendar, photos of the worship space, PowerPoint programs from Cedarville University president Dr. Bill Brown's services, audio recordings of past chapels, prayer requests, and videos of chapel highlights.

There are many opportunities to get involved in bible studies, community ministries, traveling drama and music teams, spring break and summer missions trips

There is a whole separate Division of Christian Ministries. From that site you can discover "some of the various ways our students serve in the community surrounding Cedarville, read student ministry testimonials in the online newsletter Heart to Heart, learn how students encourage each other in their faith, and locate the cross-cultural destinations that will allow many students to experience firsthand what missions work is all about."

A unique opportunity at Cedarville is the HeartSong Ministry. The Department of HeartSong Touring Teams selects, equips and sends out music teams for Cedarville University. The teams develop and maintain relationships for the university by providing music programs for external and internal settings. A love for ministry, as well as skills for ministry, is developed as HeartSong teams are trained to serve while presenting God's truth through music.
