Cancellation fee
Send an email by February 1, 2009 to worshipsymposium@calvin.edu with cancellation in the subject line. No refunds are available on the lunches, dinners, or shuttle service.

Meals:
Thursday lunch is a plated lunch in the Commons Dining Hall or Prince Conference Center, depending where your Thursday seminar meets.
Friday and Saturday lunches are served cafeteria-style with hot entrees and soup.

You are also welcome to bring your own lunch. Calvin also has a small student eatery (Johnny's Café) with limited service. Off-campus dining is an option if you have your own transportation.

Thursday lunch
—Commons Dining Hall and Prince Conference Center ($6.50):
Chicken Salad Sandwich on 8 grain bread
All white meat chicken salad, lettuce, tomato on 8 grain bread accompanied by Terro root chips, Greek pasta salad, pickle spear garnished with seasonal fruit with scrumptious cookies and chocolate chip bars on each table.

Thursday dinner—Commons Dining Hall, cafeteria-style ($9):
New England clam chowder
Baked pork chop
