Calvin Symposium on Worship, January 24-26, 2008

Walk up registration
Online registration is now closed. We are able to offer walk-up
registration limited to those seminars or workshops with space.
You are welcome to attend any of the large worship services without
registering.

Registration will be processed on the days of the conference
at the Information Center in the Library Lobby (map). Fees are payable by check or cash in USD.
We cannot process credit cards at our office.

To speed up the walk-up registration process, please print out and complete this registration form before you arrive on-campus.
