Google Parameters
Our site search is powered by Google, so all the Google search parameters and tips apply to searches of our site.

For example, put quotation marks around a phrase to restrict results to that specific phrase. A search for worship planning gets slightly different results (pages that contain either "plan," "planning," or "worship") than a search for "worship planning" (pages that contain that specific phrase). Other search features include negative terms, automatic "and" queries, and exclusion of common words.

Note: Search results appear on a page featuring the web template of Calvin College (which hosts our website). These results still only apply to www.calvin.edu/worship, not the Calvin website as a whole. (To search the entire Calvin website, go to the general Calvin search page).

Firefox Plug-in
Did you know you can do a search of CICW in your Firefox browser, no matter what website you're visiting? Install the plug-in from the Mycroft Project, and "Calvin Institute of Christian Worship" will appear as one of the search options in your browser search bar (see below). Enter a search term and results from CICW will appear.
