Description
This publication combines images with their theological and historical background and biblical references. Although it can be used on its own, Visuals for Worship is organized around The Worship Sourcebook sections—providing churches with practical, visual images to enhance their use of the Sourcebook. A CD-ROM for downloading images and other material is also included.

Author/Artist
Elizabeth Steele Halstead is an artist who works in oils and printmaking (woodcuts). She coordinates the visual arts work of the Calvin Institute of Christian Worship and serves as continuing education events manager for Calvin Theological Seminary. She has degrees in both art and theology, and is particularly interested in the integration of theology and the visual arts.
