Project Summary
To connect church musicians and pastors of local Chinese Christian churches through a year-long cooperative process of learning and reflection on worship and the role of music in worship.

Recent Event
The Heart and Art Worship and Music Training in Edmonton brought together more than 100 pastors and congregational leaders to learn about worship renewal with Marva Dawn.  In a concluding Praise Festival led by Dr. Herbert Tsang and an 80-voice choir, the church calendar was used as the framework to share with the audience its significance to Christian life today. 

Upcoming Learning
In the coming months, participants will continue to learn together in the areas of

1. Innovative use of scripture readings in corporate worship
2. Creative use of prayers in corporate worship
3. Understanding the utilization of visual art and worship space to foster worship renewal in Chinese congregations and worshiping communities in Edmonton.
