Calvin Symposium on Worship 2007
This session explored cultural and liturgical issues our brothers and sisters are addressing around the world, including the global South, where the center of gravity in the church of Jesus Christ has shifted. We heard stories and explored issues of intergenerational and multicultural worship; use of indigenous songs, instruments, and dance; use of technology; and challenges of religious pluralism, and learned how God is building his church in ways that move us closer to our unity in Christ even as we celebrate the gifts of cultural diversity.
