CICW staff members Joyce Borger, Paul Ryan, Kathy Smith, Howard Vanderwell, and John D. Witvliet are ministers in the Christian Reformed Church.

How do we schedule these presenters?
If you know which presenter you would like to work with, begin by contacting her/him directly. If you want a consultation about who might be the best presenter for your congregation, or the best way we can support you and your work, contact Kathy Smith, our Director of Continuing Education, for assistance.

Could the Worship Institute sponsor an event in our area?
We are very open to considering sponsoring events at a variety of locations throughout the United States and Canada. Typically, our events are designed for multiple congregations, often with participation from several denominations. In this scenario, we are able to cover the costs of transportation and presenters' fees. From local planners, we ask for assistance in local publicity, facilities, and hospitality. What is a suggested fee for a CICW presenter?
Our main goal at CICW is to provide as much assistance as possible to as many congregations as possible, and to work within the resources and expectations of congregations of different sizes, geographic locations, etc. We are able to provide a chart that includes ranges of fees that presenters typically receive for their work. We only ask that congregations prayerfully consider what resources they have available, and pay us what they are able.

What if we are unable to provide compensation for leaders?
Our goal at CICW is to be available to work with as many congregations as possible. Simply provide a letter to Kathy Smith, Director of Continuing Education, that describes the financial constraints of your congregation. We will work with you to help, and may be able to contribute to some of the expenses for a given presentation.
