S.B.06 - Photo Recap
Spring Break is long gone now, and it’s time to post my favorite photos from the trip.

The Toronto subway
I was just struck by the many photo opportunities on the subway. It’s a great place for urban photography, and I had a blast just walking through the stations taking pictures. Of course, I had some weird looks from strangers. I mean, it’s not everyday that you see someone who looks like he’s still in high school walking around with a tripod and camera and shooting photos of almost everything.

Arriving at the station
On one trip, Andrew and I happened to be at the front of the train. There was a window, and I felt like I was driving the train. That was a perfect spot for some awesome photos. If only the window was clean, then I would have had nicer photos. But I’m still pretty happy with what I got. I submitted one to the art magazine on campus, Dialogue. Perhaps it will get published!

Union Station. Several movies were shot here
I was there at like 7 am on a Sunday morning. There were barely any people, and I had the best time shooting photos of the amazing architecture. That was until a security officer came up and told me to put the tripod away. He said the camera was fine, but the tripod was a tripping hazard. Sure, I may just trip one of the three people hanging out at the massive building. But hey, rules are rules, even if the situation looked safe.

Union Station sure is beautiful!
Notice that there are very, very few people in this massive station.
