Craziest Week To Date
![]()
spring is coming!
so i thought that i’d planned ahead for this. i guess i didn’t plan far enough. two midterm tests, three major papers, one week. yup, a lot of stuff to do in a week. i’m glad it’s over, i need the break! i won’t bore you to death with the details, im just proud that i’ve gotten through it. i feel good about all my work too, so that’s a bonus! aaah, beautiful weekend… they are so glorious. oh, but there’s more to my week. read on for tales of adventure and remarkable courage!
Recording Sessions
so some of my friends at forest hill northern public high school have asked me to produce a demo for their band, Viva Evita. i was pleasantly surprised to discover that matt and chris were both quite professional with their work! in an hour, we tracked two guitar parts and the bass part for the song. i don’t think i’ve ever worked with such productive musicians before. good work guys!

oh wow, it’s been so amazing. spring is coming soon to defeat the infamous michigan winter! the sun’s setting later now, at around 7pm instead of 6pm. pretty soon it’ll be setting at 10pm, and you know what that means? more time for photography!! here are some recent shots i’ve taken…

some wonderful folks are running for student senate next year, and they asked me to shoot some photos for their advertising campaign. why should i shoot when i know someone better? i grabbed nathaniel schmidt from my floor, who worked as a portrait photographer at the SEARS photo studio. the guy’s truly pro. he owns his own lights and digital SLR. can’t go wrong if you’ve got the equipment!
