Photo Album: Last Few Days…

I’ve been horribly remiss in showing you what’s been going on… So sorry. 

Anyway… here I am deliriously happy to take a break from writing three essays—off to Honors Convocation…

And then a few of my future roomies and I went out to Bennigans to get further acquainted…

L to R: Um, the boy is some waiter who just stuck his head in our picture… He wasn’t even our server.  Ah, friendly Grand Rapids… Anyway, there’s Laura, Amanda, and Me.


Then, this past Wednesday I went to celebrate a different Laura’s birthday… yay, she’s 22!  So here’s me and Laura:


And then across from us, Sarah and Jen:

Sarah and Laura were my suitemates during my freshman year.  They’re graduating in two weeks… crazy.  Jen lived across the hall from me when I was a freshman, and the four of us hung out a lot.  We’ve stayed close.  Jen’s not leaving me next year, so at least I keep one pal close!


And then finally… Maria stuck a “bindi” on my forehead… she dresses me up from time to time in Indian salvars and saris (I have no idea how to spell that, sorry), and so today it was bindi day…

So there’s the update! 

I leave for home in two weeks… just a few final projects to finish up, a couple finals, a bit of packing, a lot of goodbyes… —jl
