It’s been ages since I’ve thrown out an update, and so much has happened! Two weekends ago, my older sister came up for a Father’s Day visit, and we all helped get my younger sister ready to head out to Europe. (Did I mention being jealous? Once the travel bug bites...)

Whew! How can summer be such a whirlwind? Almost busier than the school year… almost.

i’m sick, how are you?

Why do I always get sick during vacations? Here I am, two weeks into summer, and sick with a cold. (Such an un-summery sickness, too.) All my precious unpacking-and-sorting energy is redirected to battling whatever is attacking my throat and nose… and all my boxes from the apartment are collecting dust in the dining room.
