The End of Break
The last few hours of Interim break. If I thought I had been lazy over Interim… it just got worse over break! Moving at all takes too much effort. I really can’t believe that I can be so active and productive during the semester only to shut down entirely over break. Ridiculous.

End of Interim
Interim is over; it’s tragic. And I’m not exaggerating, because my class was on Wagner’s Ring operas, and at the end, everyone burns up. The hero, his wife, their horse, the gods, and a few others. Tragic.

Interim Sundays
One of my good friends wished for two feet of snow, and I think we’re nearly there. Piles and piles of snow! Enough to postpone the famous Calvin-Hope basketball game, so even the natives must be impressed. I always forget to expect tons of snow. And I’m seriously considering building a snowman to stand guard on our balcony. There’s enough snow for one obese man, or two well-built ones. The snow doesn’t pack well, though. Maybe I’ll just pile it into a mound, pour water over the whole thing, and create a snow blob that we can keep till May.
