GroupWise mail boxes for people in academic departments moving Aug. 16

On Sunday, August 16, from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, CIT is moving all GroupWise mail boxes for people in Academic departments to a new mail server. We’ve making this move to improve GroupWise performance and reliability.
Please do not use the GroupWise client to access your mail box during this time. GroupWise web access is not affected by this move so you can use http://webaccess.calvin.eduto access your mail box during the move. If you get the message "cannot access mailbox" when using web access, please wait 5 minutes and try again.
After the move, if you run into problems using the GroupWise client from home, please contact the HelpDesk and they will show you how to configure the software for the new mail server.
During the move all incoming mail will be held and delivered once the move has been completed. If you notice anything missing on Monday morning please call the HelpDesk at x 6-8555.
