ALERT: Datatel (KV Resources/Benefactor/Colleague) service upgrade 05/27/2010—5:00 PM
Outage Type: Major service upgrade
This affects: Faculty, Staff, Students
Estimated time service will be restored: 06/01/2010 8:00 AM

At 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 27, CIT will be merging Colleague and Benefactor. This will require the Colleague and Benefactor databases to be unavailable starting 5:00 PM on Thursday, May 27. It will be available starting 8:00 AM on Tuesday, June 1.

Here are the services that will be unavailable:
- Datatel - Colleague and Benefactor (All services)
- KnightVision Resources affected will include Time Cards, Course Transcripts, Registration, AER Reports, Advisee Information, Course Schedules,  Course Rosters, Grading, Pay Advices, and various other administrative services including Benefactor Profile View.
- ImageNow: unable to link documents

Note: Students WILL be able to view grades.
