The following systems and services are scheduled for maintenance this Thursday morning:

- Health Services server
- ImageNow Server for scanning and document retrieval
- CBORD Server for Food Service and Roommate Matching
- RuffaloCody Phoneathone Server
- TMA Physical Plant work-order system (and iServiceDesk)
- Credit Card Processing server (ie. Box office and Bookstore)
- Lyris list management server (i.e. Calvin Parents, etc)
- Istrategy Datawarehouse server
- Great Plains finanacial application server
- ArcGIS server
- Inquisite server
- Prince Conference Center server
- MSSQL database server (HEAT, Physical Plant, Surveys, Calendar and other database-driven applications) **
- Datatel Web UI Server

** Many Calvin services will be affected during this outage; some services may be affected that are not listed.

Novell NetWare servers will be receiving security patches on July 3rd, beginning at 8:00am with service expected to be restored by noon.  The following services will be affected:

NetStorage (which will affect remote access to home and departmental drives)
Printing services
ZEN images
Student data storage
Faculty home and departmental drives
Seminary users home and departmental drives

Windows XP SP3 - June 30

Affected Software: Windows XP. Windows platform.
Target Audience: Faculty & staff computers running Windows XP SP2 or lower.

Microsoft has released service pack update SP3 for Windows XP. CIT will begin deploying this update to campus workstations on July 1. Users will be prompted by ZENworks to install this update at their earliest convenience. Installation will take about 20 minutes and will require a system reboot when complete.
