Scheduled Maintenance for Mar 10-14

During the week of spring break, CIT will be doing scheduled maintenance on a variety of services and servers:

Monday Mar 10:
- All wireless networks will be unavailable from 5am to noon.
- The following Novell servers will be rebooted between 5pm and 8pm:
  Faculty/Staff iPrint server
  Seminary iPrint server
  Student iPrint server
  Web application server
  Seminary File server
  Administrative/Staff file server

Tuesday Mar 11:
- R25 webviewer and the http://www.calvin.edu/calendar website will be unavailable from 9am to noon.
- The following Novell servers will be rebooted between 5pm and 8pm:
  Student lab file server
  ZENworks Image distribution
  ZENworks application delivery

Wednesday Mar 12:
- Imagenow will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.
- The following GroupWise servers will be rebooted between 5pm and 8pm:
  GroupWise client access
  GroupWise web access

Thursday Mar 13:
- CIT Database server will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.
- RuffaloCody server will be unavailable from 9am to noon.

Friday Mar 14:
- TMA Physical Plant server will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.
- The student webmail server will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.
- The http://www.calvin.edu web server will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.
- The webapps.calvin.edu web server will be unavailable from 5am to 9am.

The following machines depend on these systems and services, and will additionally be unavailable:

- TMA Physical Plant server

- R25 server
- HEAT work order system servers (CIT Internal servers)
