Did you ever notice siblings?

Did you ever notice the way siblings are treated is often worse than are friends? Siblings are the ones that are bound to us by the intangible steel cable of a family, the ones who will be more likely to stick with us through the rough times and through the fun times. Friends move into and then right on through lives, yet they are the ones that we work at to impress. We have hardly any qualms about reaming a brother out for staying too long in a bathroom or for scratching a CD. Should a friend come and spend an exceptional amount of time in the bathroom or should accidentally scratch a CD, most of the time, the first reaction is to say that it doesn’t matter or not to worry about it.

Did you ever notice the way siblings are treated is often worse than that of pets?

How often are encouraging words given to a pet when they do something well compared to how often a brother or sister get some recognition for their accomplishments. Our hearts hold a special place for pets and are normally treated with care, treats, and adoration. In some odd way, if a sister were to die and if a pet were to die, it is the sister that would be missed though through life, the pet is often the one treated well. Our hearts hold a special place for siblings, more so than pets but often, that is not actually shown.

Did you ever notice the way siblings are treated is often because they know us the best? Siblings (most) live with us, grew or grow up with us, and know just about everything about our personality that is possible. It is because of this point, do they have the power to annoy, infuriate, and still get away with it. However, once you and the sib become mature enough, all those years living side-by-side at home can be of great value. Some of the best dates I have been on are the blind dates that my brother has set me up on. I call my brother when I don’t have a clue what I am doing. So why are siblings treated the worst when they are the ones that know us, perhaps, the best of anybody?
