H.O.W. is a journal interested in publishing literature and art of high quality from established and upcoming artists. Though many of their contributors have previous publications, it is not a requirement for submission.

accompanied by a self-addressed, stamped envelope to ensure response as well as a $5.00 donation from which all proceeds go towards the currently sponsored orphanage. Simultaneous submissions are permitted so long as the journal is informed immediately if your piece is accepted elsewhere. Poetry submissions can be up to five poems; other work has a limit of approximately 8,000 words. Only one short story or essay can be submitted at a time.
