About:
“Hayden’s Ferry Review publishes the best quality fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction from new, emerging, and established writers.”
Hayden’s Ferry Review has a special emphasis on translation of work not previously available to an English speaking or reading audience, and is interested in “translations that pay close attention to cultural bodies, the way they identify themselves, interact, and maintain their distinctions…as perceived by the inhabitant writer.” Any submissions of this sort may be e-mailed to the international editors at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address) or sent c/o International Editors to the address given.
Analysis:
Hayden’s Ferry Review makes it a priority to publish new and emerging writers. Magazine pieces can be accessed online through the website. The sample pieces seem to be fresh and contemporary, but not highly experimental.
