The Van Lunen Center: Executive Management in Christian Schools

The Van Lunen Center mourns the loss of our founder, Dr. Gordon J. VanderBrug on Friday, November 9. During the last few weeks, amid treatment for his rare form of cancer, Gordonís steadfast faith in Godís loving care, and strong spirit of courage, optimism, and joy were richly present. We extend our love and sympathy to the VanderBrug family, and to our Van Lunen Center community. Thanks to Gordonís trust in Godís faithfulness and his dedication to excellent management of Christian schools, he has indeed helped make a difference in the world. For this, we echo Gordonís frequent prayer, ďThank you Lord.Ē

We are in the process of creating a new website, with great resources for heads of Christian schools. Look for changes coming in the next few months.

The 2018-2019 Van Lunen Fellows, the "Limelight", completed their first July conference session and will meet next in Phoenix, Arizona in January of 2019. Individual pictures of the 2018-2019 Van Lunen Fellows can be found here.

Applications for the 2019-2020 Van Lunen Fellows program are now available; click here or on the left navigation bar to apply. The applications are due no later than February 22, 2019. Contact us by email or phone if you have any questions about the application process.

Currently, there are 268 Fellows in the U.S., Canada, and abroad - and their leadership is impacting more than 110,000 students and over 9,500 Christian school faculty members. Your gift to The Van Lunen Center strengthens leaders and their Christian schools; when joined together, many gifts of financial support, prayer, engagement, and program endorsement is a powerful influence.
