Women’s Soccer Ranked 17th in NSCAA Division III Top 25 Pre-Season Poll

NSCAA Pre-Season Top-25 poll
The 2009 pre-season Division III Top 25 women’s soccer poll has been released by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America and Calvin is ranked 17th. A year ago, Calvin posted an 18-2-2 overall record and advanced to the NCAA III Tournament for the fourth straight year. The Knights return a host of starters and letterwinners from last year’s team. Calvin is scheduled to open its season on September 1 when it travels to city rival Aquinas for a non-conference game slated to start at 4:00 p.m.
