In game two, Calvin took a 3-1 lead into the seventh inning but Hope rallied for a pair of runs in the top of the inning to send the game into extra innings.  Calvin broke through for the winning run in the bottom of the ninth as it loaded the bases and then scored with one out as freshman Megan Rozeveld was hit by a pitch to force in the winning run.

Sophomore Trista Brownlee went all nine innings for Calvin to earn the win as she struck out four and scattered nine hits.

VanderMeer, Brownlee, Gildea, Rozeveld and freshman Ashley Riemersma all had two hits apiece for the Knights.
