Women’s Cross Country Team Ranked Number-One/Men’s Ranked Second

For the first time since 1999, the Calvin women’s cross country team has been ranked number-one in the Division III Top 25 poll released by the United States Track and Field Cross Country Coaches Association.

The Knights are ranked number-one in this week’s poll, up one spot from last week’s spot. The Knights have overtaken last year’s national champion – Amherst (MA) – which had held onto the top spot since last year’s preseason poll.

Calvin Shuts Out Albion in MIAA Opener

GRAND RAPIDS—After an early season scoring drought, Calvin’s offense clicked into high gear in the second half of the Knights’ conference opener against Albion Wednesday. Calvin scored twice in the second half against a stingy Briton defense to notch a 2-0 win at Zuidema Field.

Calvin Eighth at MIAA Outing #3

Volleyball Rolls To Win at Olivet

OLIVET – The nationally-ranked Calvin women’s volleyball team got back on the winning track with a 25-7, 25-9, 25-16 victory at Olivet Tuesday night inside the Cutler Events Center. Now ranked 16th in the most recent AVCA Division III Top-25 poll, Calvin improves to 10-3 overall and to 4-1 in the MIAA. The Knights are just behind 5-1 Alma with Hope leading the league standings at 7-0.

Women’s Soccer Ranked 13th in NSCAA Division III Top 25 poll

The women’s soccer team has moved up three spots in this week’s Division III Top 25 poll released by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America. The Knights are ranked 13th in this week’s poll, up three spots from last week’s poll.
