Calvin Soccer Players Receive ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District Honors

A trio of Calvin College soccer players have received ESPN The Magazine Academic All-District IV honors in the college division as defensive backs Juliana Litts and Allison Boender have been named to the all-district women’s second team while junior forward Michael Holwerda of the men’s team has been named to the all-district men’s second team.
Rebecca Kamp Named AVCA Division III Player of the Week - Kamp and Sears Also Receive MIAA Honors

(Prepared by AVCA Media Relations Staff) Rebecca Kamp, a freshman middle blocker for then No. 17 Calvin College, has been named the Sports Imports/AVCA Division III National Player of the Week. She earned the honor after leading the Knights to two wins last week, including an upset of then-No. 12 Hope College.
Caleb Veldhouse/Marcia Harris Named Pre-Season All-Americans by Division III Publications

Calvin College seniors Caleb Veldhouse and Marcia Harris have been named pre-season All-Americans in men’s and women’s basketball respectively. Veldhouse has been named a pre-season All-American by Division III News while Harris has been so honored by sister publication Women’s Division III News.
