HOLLAND – Although next Tuesday’s game against Kalamazoo will go in the books as an MIAA regular season contest, the match will have a post-season feel to it. The Calvin women’s soccer team made sure of that on Saturday with a 3-2 victory at rival Hope to keep the Knights in the thick of the hunt for one of the final two MIAA Tournament spots. Adrian has already secured the MIAA regular season title while Alma has locked down the second place spot. Meanwhile, Calvin, Kalamazoo and Hope are all locked in a three-way struggle for the final two spots for the four-team MIAA Tournament scheduled for November 3 and 5.
