Welcome to the Calvin College men's cross country page. Here you will find a wealth of information on our program, including our e-mail links (above), our roster, our schedule and results, links to the MIAA (Calvin's conference), links to other Calvin sports and more. The Calvin men's cross country program has a rich tradition, dating back to the 1950s when Calvin joined the MIAA. Calvin won its first MIAA title in 1958 and has won 30 more since then, including the last 29 straight league championships. We also have a string of NCAA III Top 10 finishes. And in 2006, 2004, 2003 and 2000 we won the NCAA D3 National Championship! For a look at the 1974 team click here. A special reflection on Calvin cross country by Tim Avery Calvin celebrated it 2003 national title with a banquet in March of 2004. At the banquet, senior Tim Avery of Rochester, New York, delivered a memorable speech. An English major at Calvin, Avery reflected on four years of Calvin cross country in the speech.
