What has been your most memorable experience on Calvin's track team?
"When my two teammates, Nate Kuipers and Bryan Mayhew, both set school records in the discus at Aquinas College my junior year. In the same meet, I broke the school record in the shot put. The discus record was raised from 150 feet 1 inches to 152 feet 7 inches, and the shot put record was raised from 52 feet 4 inches to 54 feet 4 inches.
Why did you decide to attend Calvin College?
"I wanted to attend a college close to my home that took Christian education seriously, and in my opinion, Calvin College is the only one that does."
