WCRC Delegates will indicate interest in the conference by completing an "application form." Your application will be submitted electronically. After we receive this form, we will send you information regarding registration, cost and financial aid awarded (if applicable). In this letter, delegates will be given information on how to complete thier registration. Delegates will not be registered until this second set of information is returned to us.
The visa you obtain as an official delegate, representative, or guest to the Uniting General Assembly also covers your involvement in the Calvin College conference. You will not need a separate letter of invitation. After you receive your visa and book your airline ticket, please confirm flight information regarding the date and time of your arrival in Grand Rapids, Michigan. While prepayment of conference registration fees is appreciated, payment can also be accepted upon your arrival.

(Reminder: The registration process for official delegates is two-part. After indicating interest, you will receive an e-mail or letter dictating how to complete your registration for the conference. You will not be registered until you have completed this second part of the process.)
If you do not receive confirmation of your application within 14 days, please contact us to ensure that the application was received.
