Notes, comments, or questions:
Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee if cancelled before June 1, 2010. If your cancellation is the result of your visa being denied, the cancellation fee will be waived.
Notes: Following your registration we will issue a letter of invitation that allows you to obtain the needed visa . From the airport there is shuttle service available to both hotel options . We will work to arrange transportation to and from the two designated hotels to the Calvin College site of the conference.
