Cancellation Policy: Cancelled registrations will be refunded, less a $15 cancellation fee. Cancellations received after May 1, 2008 will not be refunded.

Lodging and Transportation: Please note that you are responsible for your own transportation and lodging. Lodging is available at the Prince Conference Center at Calvin College on a first-come, first-served basis. To book a room, please contact the Prince Conference Center toll free at 866.526.7200 and tell them that you are a part of this conference. In order to guarantee a room, please reserve your room by April 18. An airport shuttle service is also available for those staying at the Prince Conference Center; please contact the Prince Conference Center at least three days prior to your arrival to book a shuttle.
